1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of appfactoryrus.com and of any app published by App Factory. By using them you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
2. Using this website
You may browse and share this site freely. You may not attempt to disrupt it, access it by automated means at a rate that degrades it for others, or use it to break the law.
3. Our apps
Apps we publish are licensed to you, not sold. The licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, and additionally subject to the App Store Terms of Service or Google Play Terms of Service, whichever store you downloaded from.
4. Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple or Google. Their terms govern billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your device settings.
5. Client work
Nothing on this website is an offer or a quote. Prices shown are indicative only. Any engagement is governed solely by the signed statement of work between us, which takes precedence over anything published here.
6. Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this site and our apps belong to App Factory or our licensors. Apple, the App Store and Google Play are trademarks of their respective owners, used here for identification only.
7. Warranties
This site and our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of this site or our apps. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
